Send-Home Small Group Tools
With shelter-in-place and social distancing, many of our people are feeling isolated, stir-crazy, or just hungry for conversation (especially senior adults because they are being told to be most careful).
It is not that hard to gather small groups through video/voice chat (e.g. using Zoom.us) for faith-sharing and/or Bible Study. Our downloadable tools can be easily emailed to your people.
Many of your parishioners use video chat tools all the time. Pick a resource below, then send messages to parishioners asking who would like to participate and who can technically coordinate an online chat. Then form groups, email them all the resource, assign a coordinator, and let them take it from there (be available to answer questions). If possible, join the first meeting to get them started.
