Centros de Aprendizaje de Otoño Para la Catequesis de Toda la Familia

Este conjunto creativo de centros de aprendizaje, parte de la familia de productos de Crecer en la Fe Católica, le ofrece todo lo que necesita para llevar a cabo tres eventos de catequesis de toda la familia, para ayudar a las familias a aprender juntas. Cada sesión incluye una oración inicial, una historia para "preparar la escena", siete actividades de centros de aprendizaje, y una oración final. También se incluye una detallada guía del líder, para ayudarle a entender el enfoque, prepararse para sus sesiones y guiar a sus catequistas ayudantes.

Este recurso está diseñado para que las familias realmente hablen de cómo su fe se conecta a su vida cotidiana. ¡Los padres y los niños aprenderán y crecerán en su fe juntos!

We are very grateful for the help of St. Francis of Assisi parish at North Lake Tahoe, Nevada, in translating this resource.

This creative set of learning centers from the Growing Up Catholic product family gives you everything you need to hold three fall whole family catechesis events to help families site side-by-side and learn together. Each includes and opening prayer, a "setting the scene" story, seven learning center activities, and a closing prayer. A detailed leader guide is also included, to help you understand the approach, prepare for your sessions, and guide your catechist helpers.

This resource is designed to really get families talking about how their faith connects to their daily lives. Parents and children will learn and grow in their faith together!

Jean Easterly, Ed.D, has taught faith formation classes to children, youth, and adults at the parish level for the past 40 years and presently serves as the Faith Formation Coordinator at All Saints Catholic Church in Hayward, California.  Jean received her master's and doctoral degrees in education from the University of Arizona. She taught grades 1-6 for six years and taught and served as a professor and administrator at the university level for 36 years. Most recently, Jean served as Assistant Dean of the College of Education and Allied Studies at California State University, East Bay before retiring as Professor Emerita. In 2004, she completed the Oakland Diocese's Pastoral Ministry School and has completed additional graduate courses in scripture at the Graduate Theological Union in Berkeley.
