As usual Tom O’Loughlin gets right to the point. The Eucharist is a banquet in which we make thanksgiving to God by sharing one loaf and one cup. This book is a very accessible gem that should enable anyone with interest in the church’s worship to gain a renewed and refreshing understanding of just what it is that we celebrate when we gather to celebrate the Lord’s Supper.
