  • The storyboard tells the story of two children who visit their Grandma's house to attend a special family dinner. Each panel/picture represents one event in the story, giving a short description.
  • Each game card describes a part of the Mass that corresponds to an event in the story. Families will work together to match them up, placing each card over the matching storyboard panel.

Praise

Such a great story board activity! A Visit with Grandma is a wonderful resource to help parents and children explore the Mass together. With this story board, parents not only have an easy-to-lead activity to engage their children in the Mass, they also have a resource that connects the lived experience of children and families to the celebration and order of the Mass in a way that is sure to stir up faith conversations in the home. Kids (and parents) will love it!
