There are dozens of books out there filled with parenting tips and techniques. But there are no easy answers to the questions parents ask. Here, however, is a book that digs deeper, that offers parents a vision of what parenting can be. Kathy Coffey acknowledges that parenting is an awesome and sometimes overwhelming task, a wild ride. But by seeking help and support from many sources, the rewards can be unlimited. Many of these important supports and resources come from outside the home, but Coffey also urges parents to look within to discover how fulfilling parenting can be. Readers will come away from this book with a renewed appreciation for parenting and a deeper respect for life lived in a family.
